First: did the scanner read the image?
An unreadable code is a different problem from a declined payment. Use the original saved image, keep its edges visible and avoid a cropped or blurred copy. If scanning from another screen, reduce reflections and hold the camera steady.
Try the photo-album option if it is available in WeChat. Do not switch to an unfamiliar website that asks for card credentials to decode a payment QR.
Second: is your intended card offered?
When the QR opens but your card cannot be selected, read the explanation on that payment screen. Recipient and transaction restrictions may prevent a particular funding method even though the card was linked successfully.
Personal collection codes, transfers and commercial checkouts should not be treated as interchangeable. A refusal here does not establish that a restaurant or hotel purchase will fail. Our donation cannot certify merchant acceptance.
Third: did the app or issuer request something?
If an additional verification or issuer approval step appears, complete it only within the official service. Check that your connection works and your bank’s authentication channel is reachable.
Use the exact message when contacting support. Share only the minimum transaction reference needed, never a payment password, full card number or one-time code. A bank can investigate its own decision; this website cannot override it.
Finally: rule out a pending debit
Check both the wallet record and your bank activity before another attempt. Pending, failed and completed are different states. Repeating the same payment can make a confusing situation harder to reconcile.
If a donation appears completed but you have a question for the recipient, email [email protected] with the date, amount and a non-sensitive reference. For account restrictions or an unexplained bank debit, use official wallet or issuer support.
